Mike Dennison serves as President and COO of Blaster Entertainment overseeing the Blaster Music, Blaster Records and Blaster Merchandise divisions in the rapidly growing entertainment company. He joined the company in 2009 and has been the driving force behind Blaster Music’s success with artists, consumer products and overall management opportunities. Dennison began his career immediately after college and after a time well spent in corporate America decided that his energy and creativity needed to be firmly focused on the entertainment business. He created a successful social networking site called DiscoverStars.com in 2006 before anyone thought of social networking as a required tool to market and communicate in a cluttered business world. Instantly thousands of people took to DiscoverStars.com making it one of the fastest and most successful social media launches of its time.

Derek Simon brings a diverse array of experience across multiple genres to Blaster Records.
Starting his professional career in artist management with KISS and, later, the US office of UK-based Trinifold Management, Simon quickly became entrenched in the day-to-day record and touring business of some of music's all-time biggest bands. His work with Trinifold client Judas Priest then led to an offer to join the marketing department at the band’s label, Columbia Records. In his years with the company, he acquired a breadth of knowledge while working on projects for the label’s diverse roster of artists, ranging from Pink Floyd and Aerosmith to Tony Bennett and Liza Minnelli.

Matt Koman serves as the Vice President of Blaster Music, a division of the Blaster Entertainment Group and also oversees operations for the company’s merchandise division. He has worked in various positions in the entertainment industry since 2002 including producer, copywriter, editor and manager. His clients have appeared on such recognized programs as The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Howard Stern Show, HBO Television and ESPN. He has also supported well known personalities who have appeared on the New York Times Best Sellers list and attributes his success to determination, creativity and a passion for music and entertainment that doesn’t stop even when he is sleeping.

Michaels, a seasoned professional in the music industry, has an extensive background in Country radio and Country radio promotion. After a decade in Country radio, Michaels began his promotion career working as an independent promoter with Young-Olsen & Associates. While VP of promotion for Dreamcatcher Entertainment, Michaels' success in driving Kenny Rogers' single "Buy Me A Rose" to #1 - the first for an independent Country act in over 15 years - and scoring platinum status for Rogers' "She Rides Wild Horses" was unprecedented, helping pave the way for indie Country labels in Nashville. During his eight years at Warner Bros. Nashville, Michaels orchestrated hits for Faith Hill, Blake Shelton, Randy Travis, The Eagles, Big & Rich, Kid Rock, The Wreckers and many more.

Brian Krofcheck is a seasoned sales and customer service professional who now serves as merchandise director for Blaster Entertainment. Experienced in sales negotiations, account acquisitions, process management and marketing strategies, Krofcheck came to Blaster Entertainment in 2011 and has since diversified the company’s merchandise division. Prior to joining Blaster, Brian Krofcheck effectively managed account portfolios for financial giant, Bank of America. During his time with Bank of America he negotiated financial solutions with customers, enforced best-demonstrated practices to maximize collection rates and computed cycle projections to ensure the company reached its sales goals.
